We currently deal with property for sale abroad on three continents. We’re particularly active in Eastern Europe – our Baltic investment property portfolio includes several exciting opportunities for both new off-plan developments and refurbished period properties in both Latvia and Lithuania.

Elsewhere in Europe, we have sourced a number of investment opportunities in the Balkan States of Serbia and Montenegro. Unlike neighbouring Croatia, these two countries are still emerging markets for real estate, although with an increasing number of overseas investors buying property in Montenegro in particular it can only be a matter of time before they experience a similar property gold rush.

Unlike many other companies offering property for sale abroad, we research every market we deal with thoroughly to ensure that the right conditions for investment are met including a stable (and growing) economy and a sustainable local market for property. We also make sure that every country we deal with is not only attractive to foreign investors but also receptive to them with a proper land registry and relevant legal protections in place.
